Yay! It’s time for another Treat Tuesday! I love treats! I love food. There are so many s’mores recipes on Pinterest. They seem very popular. I haven’t seen s’more pancakes, so I made my own. I was going to make chocolate chip pancakes, but saw that I had all the ingredients for s’mores in my pantry and thought this would be a fabulous idea!
I was right! This was delicious! Healthy? Eh…..I’m guessing not so much. Satisfying? Oh heck yes! Every now and then, or a lot if you’re like me; it’s wonderful to treat yourself to yummy food. This was another recipe that was toddler approved. I mean, was there a question that a toddler wouldn’t like it?
Start with your favorite pancake mix, or from scratch. We used Aunt Jemima.
Get your pancake mix ready and start warming your griddle or pan over medium heat. Spray with non-stick spray. Once the pan is warmed put some mix into the pan. Add crushed graham crackers, then chocolate chips, and small marshmallows. Finally, top with more pancake batter. Flip when the mix starts to bubble and the bottom is golden. When the other side is cooked, place on a plate. Top with more crushed graham crackers and then whipped cream. Mmmmm. Enjoy!
